We have a team of dedicated professionals with over 100 years of combined experience working in the developmental disabilities field in Ohio.


We are passionate about supporting Ohio's Home and Community Based Waiver Providers and Self- Advocates in navigating the complex service delivery system.

What We Do

We understand the challenges and complexities of the DD system and offer services we believe are critical to the success of a provider.


- Compliance Consulting - Personnel/Service Compliance, Documentation Standards, Best Practices and QA Check-Up using the DODD Compliance Tool.  QA Check-Up can be tailored to service area and frequency desired.


-Program Management - Support with program management and individual service plan entry into documentation system.


-Staff Training - Training direct support professionals, management staff and CEO's.


-Advocacy Training - Be Brave | Be Bold movement, created by Michael Marshall.


-Independent Provider/Family Training - we provide training and supports to IP's and families.


- Medicaid - HCBS Waiver Billing - Claims Management, Reconciliations, Researching and Working With County Board to Resolve Denials, Revenue Maximization.


- Financial Consultant-Budget, Forecasting, Service/Cost Allocation, Revenue Maximization, Paycor and QuickBooks Proficiency.  Both onsite and offsite financial supports.


-Human Resource - On-boarding supports and development of compliant hiring process.


-Service/Personnel Policy Review - Review service and personnel policies against Ohio Administrative Code and the DODD review tool for compliance.


-Interim CEO and Mentoring - Provide interim CEO services for an agency in transition.  Training and mentorship of new CEO's starting out.


-Dept. of Aging - Claims processing/Accounting - Passport Waiver, Aetna, Molina, Buckeye
