Provider Support Specialist - QA/Compliance
Team member filling this role supports waiver providers across the state of Ohio with maintaining compliance and required documentation within the developmental disabilities field.
This is a hybrid position. A portion of time will be work from home and a portion of time will be onsite at providers. Must be willing to travel.
Employment experience with county board of developmental disabilities or waiver provider experience is a helpful, but if you have passion, drive and want to make a difference, we can show you the ropes.
Must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Candidate must possess the ability to be self-motivated, be a good communicator.
Must be willing to give 100%, 100% of the time when serving our provider partners.
Hours are flexible. (dependent on provider partner needs)
