Provider Support Specialist (application deadline 7/14/26)
IMMEDIATE OPENING: Onsite Position - Full-Time This position requires onsite attendance during the training period. Following successful completion of training and demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the position independently, a hybrid work arrangement may be considered based on business needs.
Provider Support Specialist - Waiver/Billing
Team member filling this role supports waiver providers across the state of Ohio in Medicaid billing and waiver administration.
Position will also support our fractional services program.
This position is an onsite position - downtown Lebanon office.
Employment experience with county board of developmental disabilities or waiver provider experience is a helpful, but if you have passion, drive and want to make a difference, we can show you the ropes.
Must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Candidate must possess the ability to be self-motivated, be a good communicator.
Must be willing to give 100%, 100% of the time when serving our provider partners.
Hours are flexible. (dependent on provider partner needs)
